1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for services provided by Skytrix. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.
2. Project Cancellation
2.1. Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a project after signing the contract and making an initial payment, the following conditions will apply:
- Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before we have begun work on your project, we will refund your initial payment, less a 15% administrative fee to cover our administrative costs.
- During Project Development: If you cancel after we have begun work on your project, we will assess the work completed up to that point. You will be charged for the work completed, plus a 15% cancellation fee on the remaining contract value. Any excess payment will be refunded.
- Near Project Completion (75% or more complete): If you cancel when the project is 75% or more complete, no refund will be issued, and you may be liable for the full contract amount, depending on the specific terms of your contract.

2.2. Cancellation by Skytrix
In rare circumstances, Skytrix may need to cancel a project. If this occurs:
- We will provide you with written notice explaining the reason for cancellation.
- You will receive a full refund for any portion of work that has been paid for but not completed.
- You will retain ownership of any deliverables completed and paid for up to the point of cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Service Retainers and Ongoing Services
For ongoing service retainers or maintenance contracts:
- Monthly service plans may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.
- Annual service plans may be canceled with 60 days' written notice.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period for service retainers.
3.2. One-time Services
For one-time services:
- If you are not satisfied with our delivered work, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and modify the deliverables to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- If, after reasonable attempts to rectify the issues, we are unable to meet the agreed specifications, we may offer a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.
3.3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, plugin licenses, stock photos, etc.) that have already been purchased or utilized.
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
- Custom development work that has been completed according to specifications.
4. Payment Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- The processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days but may vary depending on your payment provider.
- For international clients, additional processing time may be required.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services or believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy:

- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- We will investigate your concern and provide a response within 10 business days.
- If we are unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, we may agree to engage in mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute.

We understand that special circumstances may arise. Skytrix reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Any exception made will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce this policy in other situations.
